Who is WizHyre for?

WizHyre is for active job applicants who apply across multiple roles, platforms, and companies, and want to move faster without losing quality or control.

It is especially useful if you repeatedly fill similar details, answer screening questions, and track applications across different job sites.

What is a role profile?

A role profile keeps the resume, projects, skills, experience, and pitch for one target role together.

For example, your Product Management profile may highlight different projects and answers than your Data Analytics profile. This helps WizHyre generate more relevant answers and fill forms with better context.

Why do role profiles matter?

Most application forms ask for the same information in slightly different ways. A role profile gives WizHyre reusable context so your answers stay consistent, role-aware, and easier to review.

How does autofill work?

The extension scans the application form, detects fields, prepares suggested answers from your selected role profile, and lets you review before filling.

Some fields may be filled automatically after review. Others may be left for manual review if WizHyre is not confident.

What if a dropdown, checkbox, or radio button cannot be filled?

WizHyre tries to handle common field types like text inputs, dropdowns, checkboxes, and radio buttons.

If a field is too complex, uncertain, or risky, WizHyre may leave it for manual review instead of guessing. That protects accuracy and trust.

Can WizHyre make mistakes?

Yes. Job forms vary a lot, and AI-generated answers can sometimes be incomplete or incorrect.

You should always review open-ended answers, legal or eligibility questions, dropdowns, uploads, and final application pages before submitting.

How does Ask WizHyre use my data?

Ask WizHyre uses your selected role profile, resume-derived context, and optional instructions to generate application-focused answers.

You can edit the answer before using it anywhere.

What data does the extension read?

When you use the extension, WizHyre may read visible form fields, labels, options, and nearby page context needed to understand the application form.

It uses this context to prepare answers and fill fields. WizHyre does not submit applications without your action.

How do credits and limits work?

Plans may include daily limits for fills, Ask WizHyre answers, role profiles, or other features.

Scan is used to understand the form. Fill and Ask usage may count against your plan limits depending on your subscription.

What happens when I hit my limit?

If you reach your daily limit, WizHyre will pause that action and show an upgrade option where available.

You can continue using features included in your current plan or upgrade for higher limits.

Is WizHyre free?

WizHyre has a Lite plan for trying the workflow. Paid plans unlock higher usage limits and more role-profile capacity.
