This Privacy Policy explains what WizHyre stores, how it is used, and how the browser extension, website, AI features, payments, and application tools work with your data.
WizHyre is built to help users manage job application context, autofill application forms, generate answers, and track application progress. We try to collect only the data needed to operate and improve these features.

Account data
We may store basic account information such as:
- email address
- account name
- sign-in provider
- user ID
- plan and subscription status
- account timestamps
- support-related information
This data is used for login, authentication, plan access, support, billing status, account management, and security.
We do not store your account password directly. Authentication is handled through our authentication provider.
Role profile and resume data
WizHyre stores the role profiles you create. This may include:
- resume-derived summaries
- skills
- education
- experience
- projects
- links
- role-specific notes
- profile edits you manually provide
This information is used to power autofill, Ask WizHyre, role-aware answers, and application workflows.
If you upload a resume, WizHyre may process it to extract structured profile information. You can review and edit extracted information before using it.
Application and usage data
When you use WizHyre, we may store usage and product activity data such as:

Tracker history may include company name, role title, source URL, application status, application date, score, notes, and other application-related details if available.
This data helps enforce limits, show your history, improve field compatibility, monitor reliability, and support product debugging.
Browser extension data and local cache
The WizHyre browser extension may temporarily store data on your device, including:
- signed-in session information
- selected role profile
- recent scan or review state
- cached profile data
- cached subscription or plan state
- extension UI state
This helps the popup recover after reloads, tab changes, connection issues, or browser restarts.
You can clear local extension data by signing out of the extension or clearing extension storage in your browser.
Webpage and form data
When you use the extension to scan or fill a page, WizHyre may read visible form fields, labels, options, dropdowns, checkbox groups, radio groups, page domains, and nearby context needed to understand the application form.
WizHyre does not submit applications automatically. You remain responsible for reviewing and submitting anything on the job site.
The extension is intended to process job application pages and related forms only when you actively use WizHyre features.
AI processing
WizHyre may send relevant data to AI providers to prepare autofill answers or Ask WizHyre responses. This may include:
- selected role profile context
- resume-derived profile details
- field labels
- page or form context
- job-related prompts

- user instructions
We aim to send only the context needed for the requested feature.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or incorrect, so you should review answers before using them.
Payments
Paid plan checkout and payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or similar services.
Payment providers may process payment details under their own privacy policies. WizHyre stores only the plan, subscription, payment status, subscription ID, payment ID, renewal or period status, and related billing metadata needed to operate access.
We do not store full card, UPI, or bank payment credentials.
